GIERSÉ Joseph

Joseph GIERSÉ, GIERSE, GERSÉ or JERSE was a Tischler, Schreiner, menuisier in Luxembourg-city.
He was of German origin, born in 1803 in Elberfeld (Wuppertal).
He resided in the centre of Luxembourg-city, first in rue du Curé (1834), then in Beaumont-Gasse (1842), followed by 325 Fischmarkt (1846).
He was married to Anna BLEY (born in Mamer, but of German origin); the couple had 8 children.
GIERSÉ died in 1862 in Luxembourg-city (4 Berg-Gasse). His occupation recorded in the Death Register was Schreinermeister.
