Pierre Ferdinand WAGNER was born in Clairefontaine (Arlon). His father Nicolas WAGNER was Industrieller in Arlon.

As of 1917 Wagner used only “Fernand” as his first name.

He became Mühlenbesitzer in Kleinbettingen.
In 1915 he married Marie KEIFFER, the daughter of a Kaufmann in Grevenmacher.
The couple WAGNER-KEIFFER settled in Grevenmacher and in 1917 bought the “Deysermühle” wine domain in Grevenmacher.
WAGNER had an interest in developing technical tools for use in vineyards and cooperated with Bernard NEIS in Manternach for developing motors.
Fernand WAGNER died in  “Deysermühle” in 1933 at the age of 56.
