Walferdange
EVERT was born in 1823 in Walferdange (Steinsel) and later became a civil servant with the Belgian State. He must have retired from the Belgian civil service at a relatively early age since, by 1865, he was residing in Walferdange as pensionnaire de l’Etat belge.
EVERT died in Brussels in 1873.
