CAMUS Guillaume Polidor

CAMUS was born in France (Lot et Garonne) in 1828, and in 1864 he married Maria Karlotta BUFFET in Ettelbruck. The latter was born in Ettelbruck; her father was a Gerber, originally from France and her mother Caroline FABER was born in Ettelbruck.
In 1865, when CAMUS applied for a patent, his professional occupation was entrepreneur de travaux publics in Ettelbruck. In the same year he must have moved to Luxembourg-city (Fëschmaart) where his two first children were born.
He later (around 1868) left Luxembourg for Paris where his daughter Lucie Marie was born in 1869.
