POOS Nicolas Jean

Nicolas Jean POOS was born in Luxembourg-city (Mühlenbach Avenue). His father was a Postbeamter.
In 1918 POOS passed the Reifeprüfung of the Luxembourg-city Gymnasium. He studied law in Montpellier and became an avocat in 1926.
In 1929 he passed the Notariatsexamen and in November 1931 he was appointed notaire in Grevenmacher, where he stayed until September 1947 when he became notaire in Luxembourg-city (12 boulevard Joseph II). He lived in 31 boulevard Royal.
POOS retired at the end of 1979 at the age of 80.
He died in Luxembourg-city on 8 March 1987.
